摘  要:小分子的迁移作用是硅橡胶具有憎水迁移性的主要原因。因此,硅橡胶中含有一定量的小分子是其保持憎水迁移性的关键因素,实验证明高温下硅氧烷大分子可解裂成小分子和小分子解裂成更小的小分子而挥发,从而说明温度对硅橡胶表面憎水迁移速度的影响。Silicone rubber materials have been widely used as external insulation for power system due to their good hydrophobicity and hydrophobicity transfer. It has been demonstrated that migration of LMW (low molecular weight) is responsible for the hydrophobicity transfer. Also, certain amount of LMW in silicone rubber is key factor for the hydrophobicity transfer. It has been demonstrated in this paper that LMW can be obtained at high temperature by scission of longer high molecular weight. At the same time low molecules weight are broken into volatile materials. The influence of temperature on hydrophobicity transfer is also explained.
