摘　　要：SBEMB线即双玻璃丝包薄膜绕包铜扁线 ,是大型电机的关键材料之一 ,它的质量对电机质量有致命影响。但在生产中 ,常发现其线芯有发黑现象。本文对发黑物的化学成分、发黑原因、对电机的影响及防止发黑的方法作了一些探讨。SBEMB,which is double glass and film covered rectangular copper wire,is a very important material in large electric motor.Its quality is vital to electric motor.But in the production,the copper surface often turns black.In this article,we make a general study of chemical component of the black substance,the reason of turning black,its effect on the motor and way to prevent the phenomenon.
