摘　　要：文章描述了一个基于IP网络的远程多媒体实时教学系统中的通信协议模型CIP(ClassInitiationPro-tocol)。该协议通过借鉴H.323与SIP协议,并结合实际教学的特点,满足远程多媒体实时教学的需求。在简单介绍了系统的总体设计框架后,给出了系统通信报文格式及协议模型。最后,描述了系统如何使用该协议进行通信。A communication protocol model--CIP(Class Initi-a tion Protocol)applied into a distance multimedia real-time teaching system ba sed on IP net-work is described in the paper.The protocol uses H.323and SI P for reference,as well as com-bines cat-ual teaching,so that it can satisfy the requirement of distance multime-dia real time teaching.System communica tion message format and protocol model are also designed in this paper after a s ystem collective design framework is presented.Last-ly,some commu-nication procedures are described in detail to explain how to use the protocol this paper provides to com-plete protocol communication and achieve the object of the sys tem.
