摘　　要：本文介绍了在Windows98平台下串行通信的工作机制,讨论了用Visual C++设计串行通信程序的编程方法和通信方式。This paper introduce the work mechanism of serial communication on Windows98. It has discussed program method and communications mode of serial communication with VisualC++.
