摘 要:在长沙通过分期播种对4种不同发育类型的生态雄性不育小麦的育性转换特性进行了研究,结果表明:春性不育系的育性与出苗至拔节期的温光条件相关不显著,与拔节至抽穗期的温度显著正相关,而与日照长度相关不显著,属低温敏不育类型;半冬性不育系和冬性不育系的育性与出苗至拔节期的温度显著或极显著负相关,与日照长度相关不显著,与拔节至抽穗期的温度和日照长度显著正相关,属短日低温敏不育类型;强冬性不育系在5个播期中均全不育,可能属光敏(短日)不育类型。分析了各类不育系在制种生产上的应用前景,认为春性和半冬性不育系在制种生产上利用均需慎重,冬性不育系的利用较为方便,强冬性不育系在制种生产上利用最安全,但在低纬度地区繁殖有困难。Fertility transformation of six ecological male sterile wheat lines which have 4 different development patterns was investigated by sowing at 5 different dates with the interval of 10 days in Changsha in 1998~2000. The results showed that the fertility of the springness male sterile lines had no significant correlation with the temperature and daylength from emergence to jointing stage(EJ), but a significant positive correlation with the temperature from jointing to heading stages(JH), belonging to thermosensitive male sterile group; the fertility of the semiwinterness and winterness male sterile lines had a significant negative correlation only with the temperature during EJ and a significant positive correlation with both the temperature and daylength during JH period, belonging to the photethermosensitive male sterile group; the strong winterness male sterile line was completely male sterile under each sowing date, and therefore it was thought to belong to the photosensitive (short daylength) male sterile group. The prospects of application of these groups of male sterile lines in hybrid wheat seed production were discussed. It was suggested that use of the springness and semiwinterness male sterile lines should be careful, the winterness male sterile lines feasible, and the strong winterness male sterile lines the safest but difficult to propagate in low latitude areas.
