“家蚕解氟剂”最佳使用浓度的研究

摘　　要：用“氟敏指数”为指标,测定不同浓度“家蚕解氟剂”的解毒效果。其结果为“家蚕解氟剂”有良好的解毒效果。添食解氟剂浓度为20、50、80、110mg/100ml的4种处理的“氟敏指数”依次递减,而从110mg/100ml开始,110、140、170mg/100ml3种处理的“氟敏指数”依次递增,呈“V”字形。由此说明“家蚕解氟剂”的最佳使用浓度为80—140mg/100mg之间。Using the fluorine-sensitive index as criterion, the detoxicated effect of 'medicament on remission of fluorine poisoning of silkworm' in different concentration were determined. The results showed that'medicament on remission of fluorine poisoning of silkworm'had a good effect. The fluorine-sensitive index of four treatments applied with 'medicament on remission of fluorine poisoning of silkworm' in 20,50,80 and 110mg/ 100ml declined successively,and starting with 110mg/100ml,the fluorine-sensitive index of three treatments in 110,140 and 170mg/100ml decreased successively .So the fluorine-sensitive index of six treatments assumed 'V.Thus it can be seen that the optimum using concentration of 'medicament on remission of fluorine poisoning of silkworm' was within 80-140mg/100ml.
