茎突过长综合症手术治疗71例分析

摘　　要：目的观察口内路径行茎突截短术在茎突过长综合征临床治疗中的应用效果。方法选择作者院收治的71例茎突过长综合征患者为研究对象,回顾分析口内路径行茎突截短术治疗的临床效果,包括手术情况,手术对患者疼痛、吞咽、讲话功能的影响及手术过程中并发症发生情况。结果治疗后3 d疼痛评分、对讲话影响评分、对吞咽影响评分显著低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经口腔茎突截短术治疗茎突过长综合征临床症状改善显著,术后功能提高明显,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the nasal endoscopic surgery and peroral long styloid process shortened operation in the application of long styloid process syndrome clinical treatment effect.Methods A total of 71 cases of authors' hospital long styloid process syndrome patients were chose as the research object,and the clinical effect of peroral long styloid process shortened surgery were analyzed retrospectively,including surgery,surgery affect patients' pain,swallowing,speech function and complications occurred in the process of operation.Results After treatment for 3-day pain evaluation,impact on speech,swallowing score was significantly lower than those before the treatment,there was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The peroral styloid process for the treatment of long styloid process syndrome clinical symptoms improves significantly,postoperative function increase obviously,and is worth clinical application.
