苏云金芽孢杆菌Ba9808对鞘翅目害虫的生物活性

摘　　要：测定了苏云金芽孢杆菌Ba9808的杀虫谱及其对蔬菜上重要害虫酸浆瓢虫各发育阶段的生物活性。结果表明,Ba9808对叶甲科、瓢虫科害虫的低龄幼虫有很好的毒杀作用,致死率为100%;对酸浆瓢虫高龄幼虫和成虫的致死率分别为55.0%和26.7%,但存活虫食欲受到明显抑制,同时也影响酸浆瓢虫4龄虫的化蛹率及雌虫的产卵量,但对卵的孵化率没有明显抑制作用。Bacillus thuringiensis Ba9808 showed very high toxicity to the 2thinstar of Phaedon brassicae, Leptinotarsa decemlineata, Phyllotreta striolata and Henosepilachna vigimtioctopunctata. The corrected mortality at 3 d reached 100%. Influence of Ba9808 on the feeding, pupation and egg hatching of Henosepilachna vigimtioctopunctata was studied in the laboratory. Results showed that the corrected mortality of 4thinstar and adults fed on Ba9808 was 55.0% and 26.7%,respectively. Ba9808 caused feeding inhibition and reduction of pupation percentage to 4thinstar larvae. When the adults were fed with Ba9808, their egg production was siginificantly reduced. Dipping the eggs directly into Ba9808 fermented liquid didn't affect egg hatching. 
