“祛痰咳喘平”药理学实验研究

摘　　要：采用对比实验方法,对“祛痰咳喘平”的药理学作用机制进行了初步探索。结果表明,“祛痰咳喘平”能极显著提高小白鼠气管酚红的排出(P<O.01);大鼠排痰量(P<0.01);抑制浓氨水致小白鼠咳嗽反应(P<0.05);明显延长氯化乙酰胆碱和磷酸组胺对豚鼠的引喘潜伏期(P<0.01)。提示该制剂有明显镇咳、平喘、祛痰作用。The pharmacodynamics of the herb preparation" Qu Tan Ke Chuan Ping" (QTKCP) was sdudied by comparison of mice and rats treated with and without QTKCP respectively. The data showed that the treatment with QTKCP increased the amount of phenol red breathed out from trachea of mice and the expectoration of rats. The medication restrained cough when mice were exposed to the concentrated ammonia solution, QTKCP lengthened the incubation period of cough when guinea pigs were given chloro - aceto-choline and phosphohistamine. The result suggests that QTKCP as an expectorant can reatrain cough, calm down asthma and make expectoration easy.
