长沙市糖调节受损居民强化生活方式干预效果观察

摘　　要：目的 :观察强化生活方式干预对长沙市糖调节受损人群的效果。方法 :对长沙市2610名社区居民健康普查中筛选出的100例IGR患者,随机分为强化生活方式干预组和对照组,接受6个月的强化生活方式干预,在研究开始和结束对所有研究对象进行体格检查(包括身高、体重、腰围、臀围、血压)和生化指标(包括FPG、OGTT2hPG、血脂四项(TC、TG、H-LDL,L-LDL)、尿酸)。结果 :与对照组比较,干预组患者BMI值、腰/臀比、血压、FPG、OGTT2hPG、TC、TG、L-LDL、尿酸水平明显下降。HDL-C水平升高不明显。对照组的糖尿病6个月累积发病率为10%,而干预组未发现糖尿病。对照组6个月累积血糖转变为正常率为4%,低于干预组(18%)。结论 :强化生活方式干预可以改善长沙市居民的代谢相关指标,降低糖尿病发病风险,促进向正常血糖转化。Objective To investigate the effect of intensive life style intervention on impaired glucose regulation.Methods One hundred patients of impaired glucose regulation selected from health screening of two thousand six hundred and ten community residents in Changsha were ramdomly divided into the intensive life style intervention groop and the control groop.The physical examination(include height,weight,waist circumference,hip circumference,blood pressure),biochemical indicator(include FPG、OGTT2hPG、blood lipid(TC、TG、H-LDL,L-LDL)and uric acid were examined beford and after the intervention of six months.Results Conpared to the control groop,the weight,the waist hip ratio,blood pressure,FPG、OGTT2hPG、TC、TG、L-LDL、uric acid in intervention groop were significantly decreased,but the level of HDL-C was not clearly increased.There was no significant difference in 6 months cumulative incidence of diabetes mellitus between control groop(10%) and intervention groop(0%) and the rate of transferring into normal blood glucose level in control group was lower than those in intervention group(4% vs 18%,respectivley).Conclusion The intensive life style intervention could improve diabetic measures for the IGR population in residents in Changsha,decrease the risk of diabetes mellitus,help their transferring into normal blood glucose.
