摘 要:目的 :通过观察盐酸氨溴索综合治疗新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征临床疗效及安全性,从而可为临床患儿规范化治疗提供参考。方法 :按照随机数字表法将我院2013年5月~2014年5月期间所收治的96例新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征分组为对照组与治疗组,各48例。对照组采用固尔苏治疗;治疗组于对照组治疗基础上加用盐酸氨溴索治疗。比较两组患儿机械通气参数、治疗前后血气分析、氧疗时间、住院时间及并发症。结果 :两组患儿治疗后各项血气分析指标较治疗均明显改善,但治疗组改善较对照组显著,具有统计学意义;治疗组患儿治疗后呼气末正压和吸气峰压及吸入氧浓度均明显优于对照组。治疗组氧疗时间及住院时间明显短于对照组[(58.5±12.6)h、(14.1±5.9)天]vs[(91.7±17.5)h、(19.8±8.2)天];治疗组并发症者2例,并发症率为4.17%明显低于对照组8例,占16.67%。结论 :临床应用盐酸氨溴索联合固尔苏治疗新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征可有效改善其机械通气及血气状况,同时还可减少并发症发生,从而缩短其氧疗时间及住院时间。objective By observing ambroxol comprehensive treatment of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome, the clinical efficacy and safety, which can provide a reference for the clinical treatment of children with stand ardization. Methods According to a random number table are admitted to our hospital in May 2013- May 2014 period 96 cases of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome group was the control group and the treatment group, 48 cases each. The control group was Curosurf treatment; treatment group based on the use ambroxol treatment in the control group. Comparison of the two groups of children with mechanical ventilation parameters, blood gas analysis before and after treatment, oxygen therapy, hospital stay and complications. Results Two groups of children after treatment of the blood gas analysis were significantly improved compared with the treatment, but the treatment group improved significantly compared with the control group, with statistical significance; children after treatment, PEEP and peak inspiratory pressure and inspired oxygen concentration was significantly better than the control group. Oxygen therapy and hospital treatment group was significantly shorter than the control group [(58.5±12.6) h,(14.1±5.9) days] vs [(91.7±17.5) h,(19.8±8.2) days]; treatment group 2 cases of complications, complication rate was 4.17% in the control group was significantly lower than the 8 cases, accounting for 16.67%. Conclusion Clinical application of ambroxol hydrochloride combined Curosurf treatment of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome can effectively improve its mechanical ventilation and blood gas status, but can also reduce complications occur, reducing its oxygen therapy and hospitalization time.
