摘　　要：目的 :了解湖南省某医学院在校大学生对艾滋病相关知识的知晓情况和医学院宣教工作的开展情况。方法 :采用分层整群随机抽样的方法,使用自制问卷调查该校6个班共400名学生的基本情况、艾滋病知识得分(3个维度,每个维度10分,总分30分)、对艾滋病相关知识的健康教育需求。结果 :该校大学生艾滋病知识平均得分(15.29±3.22);不同年级学生得分存在差异,具体表现在基本知识、高危行为与预防措施2个维度;艾滋病相关知识健康教育需求的调查上,仅有8.42%的学生认为目前所掌握的艾滋病知识够用,且有69.84%的学生认为学校目前有必要开设相关课程。结论 :该医学院学生对艾滋病知识的认知情况一般,且大部分学生感到对艾滋病知识的匮乏,学校需加强艾滋病知识相关课程的教学工作,重点放在艾滋病基本知识、高危行为与预防措施的宣教。Objective Understand the Awareness about AIDS knowledge in Medical College, Learn university education on AIDS knowledge to carry out case. Methods Using stratified random sampling method, the basic situation of the use of selfquestionnaires school six classes a total of 400 students, AIDS knowledge score(three dimensions, each dimension of 10 points out of 30 points), and AIDS-related health education needs, such as knowledge. Results School college students score(15.29± 3.22); differences exist graders AIDS-related knowledge scores, score difference to the basic knowledge of specific highrisk behaviors and preventive measures two dimensions; only 8.42% of students believe that AIDS enough knowledge currently available, and there is 69.84% of the students felt that the school currently has the necessary relevant courses. Conclusions Medical college students awareness of AIDS-related knowledge, although some accumulation, but still felt the lack of knowledge, but it is necessary to set up the school curriculum AIDS knowledge, the future still need to further strengthen the missionary work of AIDS-related knowledge.
