虫类药物在肿瘤疾病中的应用

摘　　要：肿瘤的发病多为正气不足、脏腑功能失调,从而导致气滞、血瘀、毒邪、湿聚、痰凝等一系列病理变化。络病学说为虫类药治疗肿瘤提供了可靠的理论基础,虫类药为血肉之品、有情之物,性喜攻逐走窜、通经达络、搜剔疏利、无处不至,其效或破或消,直达病所,可攻解肿瘤之顽邪。但虫类药在治疗肿瘤疾病中应遵循以下原则:1正确把握扶正与祛邪的尺度与平衡;2治疗肿瘤宜缓宜曲;3应用虫类药物应时时顾护脾胃;4根据病情灵活配伍各种治法;5参考现代虫类药药理研究,拓展虫类药的应用。The pathogenesis of tumor is deficiency of healthy Qi,function disorder of viscera,lead to Qi stagnation,blood stasis and together with toxin factor,damp,phlegm and a series of pathological changes. Collateral disease theory supplies dependable theoretical basis for insects in treating tumou. Insects are flesh and blood and sattva,which like attack and migratory,open channels and reach to collaterals,regulating and come to everywhere. The effect can remove or defeat,nonstop focus,relieve the stubborn disease. But we should follow these principles. 1Hold the balance and measure of strengthening the body resistance and eliminating evil. 2In treating tumor should moderate. 3Protecting spleen and stomach when using insects. 4Compatibility of medicines should flexible. 5Referencing the modern pharmacological research of insects,can expand the insects' applytion.
