三伏天灸治疗哮喘的临床研究概况

摘　　要：三伏天灸治疗哮喘是传统中医的特色疗法,临床上既可单纯选择天灸疗法,亦可配合针刺、艾灸、中草药口服、穴位注射以及西医疗法治疗,治疗方法的多样化,显示出三伏天灸在治疗支气管哮喘中的优势,也为顽症之一的支气管哮喘提供了一种有益治疗手段。但目前对三伏天灸治疗哮喘的临床研究仍属起步阶段,大部分研究仅限于验案总结或个案报道,尚缺乏严谨科学的随机对照试验设计。因此,遵循随机对照和大样本多中心的临床试验原则,寻找既能改善哮喘患者肺功能,又能够有效抑制气道炎症反应的可靠治疗方法与药物将是今后临床研究的关键。Moxibustion on the hottest summer days treatment of asthma is a traditional particular therapy,can adopt medicinal vesiculation,or cooperate with acupuncture,moxibustion and Chinese herbs orally,point injection and western medicine therapy. The diversification shows the advantage of moxibustion on the hottest summer days treatment of asthma,as well as supply a treatment means. But at present the clinical research of moxibustion on the hottest summer days treatment of asthma is still in its infancy,most of the research is limited to summarize proven case or case reports,and there is no rigorous scientific randomized controlled trial design. Therefore,according to the large sample randomized multicenter clinical trial principle,looking for can not only improve lung function in patients with asthma,but also effectively restrain the reliable treatment of airway inflammation and the drug will be the key to clinical research in the future.
