摘　　要：以性命双修为核心的中医传统养生康复法不仅是最重要的治未病方法,也是慢性肾功能衰竭患者应当首选的康复方法之一。其最大特点就是通过充分发挥心为君主的主导作用,利用天人相应的信息反馈机制达到心肾相交、水火既济,从而培补肾命元气、疏通经络,促成机体生命系统的整体有序,进而发挥康复和养生的作用,其实质是对中医命门学说复杂性科学原理的自觉应用。With coordination between spiritual and physical life as the core of life cultivation and rehabilitation of traditional Chinese medicine,which is not only the most important method of preventive treatment of disease,but also patients with chronic renal failure should choose preferred. The maximum characteristic is reach to coordination between the heart and kidney and coordinating water and fire by give full play to heart is the leader and make use of the feedback mechanism of correspondence between human and universe,then tonifyingvital Qi of kidney,dredging the channel,facilitating overall well-aligned of living system,and then give play to the roll of rehabilitation and keep in good health. In fact,it is conscientious applying for complex scientific principle of TCM Mingmen theory.
