摘 要:目的:观察四逆散对水环境小平台站立法大鼠模型的影响。方法:从"肝主疏泄"角度,选择经方四逆散,并利用旷场行为学实验与自动观察分析系统相结合,将大鼠随机分为正常组、环境对照组、模型组、阳性对照组、四逆散高剂量组、四逆散中剂量组、四逆散低剂量组等7组,以评价四逆散对"水环境小平台站立法"大鼠模型心理行为异常的动态调节作用。结果:大鼠穿格次数、站立次数、修饰次数比较,模型组均与正常组均有显著差异(P<0.01)。大鼠站立次数、修饰次数比较,四逆散高剂量组与模型组有差异(P<0.05)。其中,四逆散高剂量组模型低于模型组(P<0.05),但在垂直活动(站立、修饰)中与正常组比较,无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:水环境小平台站立法大鼠模型存在着"劳倦"的异常改变;中医经典方剂四逆散是疏肝解郁,调和肝脾的基础方,对其具有一定的改善作用。Objective:To study the weary change of small platform station water environment model based on behavioral experiments.Methods:Through ' liver dispersion',select Sini San( SNS) and take advantage of the open-field behavioral experiments and analysis system combines automatic observation,the rats were randomly divided into normal group,environmental group,model group,positive control group,SNS high-dose group,SNS middle-dose group,SNS low-dose group,seven groups to evaluate dynamic regulation of psychological and behavioral on ' small platform station water environment model'. Results: To study the number of comparisons in rat through lattice times,standing times,modifying times:the model group were significantly different with the normal group( P < 0. 01).The number of comparisons between standing and modification:SNS high-dose group were different with model group( P < 0. 05). But in the vertical activity( standing,modified) with no difference in the normal group. Conclusion:There are abnormal changes of ' weary' in small platform stations water environment model,the Chinese classic recipe of Sini San has a certain improvement.
