摘 要:目的:采用比色法建立水蔓菁有效部位中总黄酮含量测定的方法。方法:以芦丁为对照品,采用氢氧化钠、亚硝酸钠和硝酸铝为显色剂,采用紫外分光光度法在510 nm波长下测定水蔓菁有效部位中总黄酮的含量。结果:芦丁的线性范围为0.012~0.072 g·L-1,r=0.999 6。水蔓菁提取物中总黄酮的含量为91.07%,RSD=0.98%,n=6。结论:该含量测定方法简便、快速,稳定性和重复性良好,适用于测定水蔓菁有效部位中总黄酮的含量,且提取率较高。Objective:To establish the method for the content determination of total flavonoids in the effective fraction of Veronica linariifolia. Methods:Ultraviolet spectrophotometry was applied using aluminum nitrat、sodium nitrite and Na OH as colour-display reagent,rutin as reference substance. The detection wavelength was set at 510 nm. Results:The linear range of rutin was 0. 012- 0. 072 g·L- 1(r = 0. 999 6),and the average content of total flavonoid in Veronica linariifolia was 91. 07%,RSD = 0. 98%(n = 6). Conclusion:the method was accuracy,simple and rapid,the reproducibility was good,and so the method was suitable for the content determination of total flavonoids in the effective fraction of Veronica linariifolia.
