三参归芪合剂对冠心病心力衰竭及血浆NT-proANP水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨三参归芪合剂对冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称冠心病)心力衰竭及血浆N末端心房利纳肽(NT-pro ANP)水平的影响。方法:选择冠心病心力衰竭辨证属于气阴两虚、血瘀痰阻证的患者98例,随机分为治疗组48例和对照组50例。对照组采用西药常规治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用三参归芪合剂治疗,观察治疗前后两组患者的中医证候疗效及血浆NT-pro ANP水平。结果:两组患者中医证候疗效比较,治疗后对照组有效率为64.4%,治疗组有效率为93.3%,治疗组优于对照组有显著差异(P<0.01);心功能改善疗效比较,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.01);血浆NT-pro ANP水平治疗前后两组患者组内比较,均有显著性差异(P<0.05),治疗后治疗组与对照组比较也有差异(P<0.05)。结论:三参归芪合剂治疗冠心病心力衰竭疗效显著,且能改善血浆NT-pro ANP水平。Objective:To explore the influence of Sanshen Guiqi Mixture for heart failure of coronary heart disease and NT-pro ANP level.Methods:98 cases with deficiency of Qi and Yin,blood stasis and Phlegm-stagnation were randomly divided into treatment group(48 cases) and control group(50 cases). The control group was given conventional therapy. The treatment group was given Sanshen Guiqi mixture on the base of the control group. Observing the clinical curative and NT-pro ANP level of the two groups after the treatment. Results:Comparing the TCM syndrome of the patients. After the treatment,the effective rate was 64. 4% of the control group,while the treatment group was 93. 3%. The treatment group was superior to the control group,it has statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Comparing the control group and treatment group after the treatment,It has also difference( P < 0. 05). Conclusion:The curative effect is notable of Sanshen Guiqi Mixture for heart failure of coronary heart disease,and improve NT-pro ANP level.
