丹红还五汤治疗青年脑梗死伴高同型半胱氨酸血症临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨丹红还五汤治疗青年脑梗死伴高同型半胱氨酸血症的临床疗效。方法:将98例青年脑梗死伴同型半胱氨酸血症患者,按不同的治疗方案随机分为对照组49例和观察组49例,对照组采用常规药物治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用丹红还五汤治疗,观察两组治疗前后神经功能评分及临床疗效,并对其治疗前后血浆同型半胱氨酸水平进行检测。结果:观察组治疗后脑卒中临床神经功能缺损评分及血浆同型半胱氨酸水平较对照组下降幅度更显著;观察组有效率为93.88%,对照组有效率为77.56%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:丹红还五汤治疗青年脑梗死伴同型半胱氨酸血症的疗效显著,且能有效降低血浆同型半胱氨酸水平。Objective:To explore the clinical curative on the treatment of youth cerebral infarction with high homocysteine levels by Danhong Huanwu Decoction. Methods:98 cases were randomly divided into controlgroup and treatment group,each group was 49 cases. The control group was given conventional drug treatment. The treatment group was given Danhong Huanwu decoction based on the control group. Observing the two groups of neurological function score before and after the treatment and clinical curative effect,and the plasma Hcy levels were detected before and after the treatment. Results:In observation group,the descend range of NIHSS and plasma Hcy levels are more significantly than the control group after the treatment. The observation group effective rate was 93. 88%,and control group effective rate was 77. 56%,comparing the two groups have significant difference( P < 0. 05). Conclusion:It is effective that on the treatment of youth cerebral infarction with high homocysteine levels by Danhong Huanwu Decoction,and can effectively reduce plasma Hcy levels.
