知柏地黄汤加减治疗脂溢性皮炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨知柏地黄汤加减联合川百止痒洗剂治疗脂溢性皮炎阴虚血燥证的临床疗效。方法:将110例脂溢性皮炎阴虚血燥证患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组内服知柏地黄汤加减,外用川百止痒洗剂;对照组口服复合维生素B片,外洗2%酮康唑洗剂。治疗后比较两组临床疗效。结果:治疗组痊愈21例,显效16例,有效13例,无效5例,有效率91.91%;对照组痊愈14例,显效10例,有效16例,无效15例,有效率72.73%。两组临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:知柏地黄汤加减联合川百止痒洗剂治疗脂溢性皮炎阴虚血燥证疗效显著。Objective:To explore the clinical effects of modified Zhibai Dihuang Decoction combined Chuanbai antipruritic lotion in the treatment of seborrheic dermatitis with Yin deficiency and blood dryness type. Methods:110 cases were randomly divided into 2 groups:treatment group and control group. For the treatment group,55 patients took modified Zhibai Dihuang Decoction and washed with Chuanbai Antipruritic Lotion. For the control group,patients took vitamin B and washed with 2% ketoconazole lotion. Results:After the treatment,comparing the clinical effects,in the treatment group,21 cases cured,16 cases had marked effect,effectively and 13 cases,5 no effect,the effective rate was 91. 91%,while the control group recovered 14 cases,10 cases were markedly effective,effective in 16 cases,15 cases were invalid,the effective rate was 72. 73%. Conclusion:Modified Zhibai Dihuang Decoction combined with Chuanbei Antipruritic Lotion has better clinical efficiency in the treatment of seborrheic dermatitis.
