《儿童抽动障碍中医临床路径工作试点实施方案》应用体会

摘　　要：参照《儿童抽动障碍中医临床路径工作试点实施方案》治疗儿童抽动障碍,取得了较为理想的临床疗效,大部分患儿临床症状得到了明显的改善与控制,且无明显的不良反应。儿童抽动障碍中医临床路径的开展有助于医务人员特别是年轻医生迅速掌握该病的中医基本诊疗思路,规范诊断和治疗,可以在保证疗效的同时避免过度用药,过度检查。临床路径作为标准化治疗模式与治疗程序,同时解决"看病难"的社会问题。以其诸多的优势及显著的疗效,在我国有着良好的前景。同时也要认识到,中医治疗强调辨证论治,重视因人而异、因地而异、因时而异,对于临证运用临床路径,必须与个人临床经验相结合,根据患儿就诊时的病证辨证用药,才能取得更好的疗效。Obtained ideal curative effect of treating children's tic disorders by reference to the Tic Disorders in Children of TCM Clinical Pathway Work Pilot Implementation Plan. Most children patients with clinical symptoms got obvious improvement and control,and no obvious untoward effect. Carrying out TCM clinical pathway contributed to medical staff can master rapidly basic diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine thinking,to standardize the diagnosis and treatment,can be ensure efficacy and to avoid excessive medication,excessive examination. Clinical pathway as standardized treatment mode and treatment program,to solve the society problem of ' difficult for doctors' also has a very positive side. With its many advantages and remarkable curative effects have a good prospect in our country. It is worthy of clinical promotion. At the same time,we should realized that treatment of traditional Chinese medicine emphasizes the treatment based on syndrome differentiation,attention to vary from person to person,varies from place to place,because of time inconsistency,for clinical use of clinical pathway,must be combined with individual clinical experience,according to the conditions of the children at the prescription medication,good curative effect can be achieved.
