摘　　要：介绍上海轨道交通明珠线东安路站的工程规模及施工场地的特殊性。车站基坑周边有数幢已建及在建居民楼距基坑不足 10m ,需严格保护 ,要求差异沉降 <1 2 5 0 0。为达到这样的环境保护等级 ,设计中采取了一系列措施 ,从设计方案、施工组织、环境检测以及补救措施等各方面入手 ,并全程跟踪施工过程 。The particularities of the project scale and job site of Dongan Road Station are introduced. Several buildings either already completed or under construction are located along the periphery of the foundation pit of the station and must be protected strictly, with the demand of differential settlement <1/2500. In order to reach such environmental protection grade, a serious of measures should be adopted in the design, and it is necessary to proceed from the scheme design, construction organization, environmental inspection and remedial measures, and follow the tracks of the whole construction process so as to ensure the safety of the foundation pit and surrounding buildings.
