摘　　要：将模糊方法与故障树分析方法结合起来 ,用于软件可靠性的分析 ,同时 ,还对隶属函数的确定进行了讨论 ,最后 ,通过并联系统和串联系统的模糊失效概率的实例计算 ,结果表明 ,该方法可以改善可靠性预计结果 .This paper combines the fuzzy method with the fault_tree analysis method together, and uses it to analyze the software reliability; in the meantime, discusses the determination of the membership function; at last, the computed results of a shunt_wound system and a serial system show that this new method can improve the estimated results of reliability.
