摘　　要：论述了生态城市是未来城市发展的必然选择及其与城市规划和建设的结合问题。提出了可持续发展的生态建城系统观、生态观及其技术框架 ,最终实现创造更加美好的人居生态环境的理想。the ecological city is an inescapable choice of future city development. Better constructing an ecological city must combine with city plan and construction. The system concept, ecological sense and other technology frame to construct sustained developing ecological city are given.
