摘　　要：分析了我国监理业现存的主要问题 ,通过对我国监理业的重新思考和定位 ,对监理业和监理工程师职责有了更深刻的认识 ,最后指出监理业面临的新形势 ,提出应转变职能 ,加快改革 ,积极应对。some mainly problems existing in our country establishment supervision work are analyzed firstly. By further reflection and location for our country supervision work some profound recognition for supervision work and the duty of supervision engineer. Finally the papers points out the new situation faced by supervision work are given, and that transferring duty must be carried out to accelerate reform pace and actively adopt development demands.
