摘　　要：学术水准是高校学报生存和发展的根本 ,本刊 18年来视学术水准为理想追求 ,在办刊宗旨、专栏设置。Accademic standards are the foundation for the existence and development of jounrnals of colleges and universities.In the past 18 years,our journal regarded the accademic standards as the ideal pursuit.And in the respects of the aim of running a journal,the establishment of column and the stratifications of the article theory,our journal made efforts to carry the articles of higher accademic value and social effect.
