摘　　要：用石灰乳沉淀工业拜尔法种分母液中的Al2 O3 ,得到水合铝酸钙等 ,将其分离并加以利用 ,可以提高拜尔法的循环效率。试验得到的沉铝率为 95 %～ 98%,苛化率为 30 %～ 6 0 %;溶液的净化效果良好 ,杂质硫钠NS降低了 2 3%,SiO2 降低了 86 .7%。The alumina calcium hydrate was abtained by procipitation of Al 2O 3 in the Bayer liquor with Ca(OH) 2. The precipitate was then separated and the circulation efficiency was improved for the Bayer process. The results show that the alumina precipitation efficiency and caustic ratio were 95%～98% and 30%～60%, respectively. The solution purification was done well with impurities (S,Na) decreased 23% and SiO 2 reduced 86.7%.
