摘  要:研究了冷热转移速率对LY1 2铝合金微屈服强度和残余应力的影响。结果表明 ,提高冷热转移速率易使材料中形成稳定的位错组态 ,从而有利于提高微屈服强度 ;对于圆柱和圆环试样 ,提高冷热转移速率不利于降低残余应力。分析认为 ,冷热转移速率应根据工件几何形状和尺寸进行相应调整。The effects of thermal-cold transformation rate on the micro-yield strength and residual stress of LY12 aluminium alloy were studied.The results showed that raising thermal-cold transformation rate was favorable for the formation of stable dislocation structure in material,therefore,to improve the micro-yield strength.For the cylinder and ring specimens,raising thermal-cold transformation rate was not favorable for relaxing the residual stress.It was considered through analysis that the thermal-cold transformation rate should be adjusted according to the geometric shape and dimension of the work pieces.
