摘 要:重介质选煤工艺 ,对产品中脱除的磁性介质进行回收、再生 ,是提高这一工艺经济实用性的有效方法。研制成功了专门用于回收细粒磁性介质的XCTN及 2XCTN系列磁选机 ,探讨了提高回收效果的主要因素 ,即合理的磁场分布 ,在分选区有高的磁感应强度 ,有适于细粒级矿物回收的相应槽体结构 ,分选设备中能产生合理的矿浆流向等。工业应用表明 :磁性物的回收率达到 99 5 %~ 99 8%,回收指标达到国内外先进水平。随着重介质选煤工艺的推广 ,XCTN及 2XCTN系列磁选机的应用前景广阔。The recovery of magnetic medium separated from product is an effective way to improve economic profit of dense medium coal separation technology.The XCTN and 2XCTN series of magnetic separator have been successfully developed to recovery the fine magnetic medium.The main factors of influencing the recovery are introduced,such as reasonable distribution of magnetic field,high magnetic induction in separating area,the appropriate pulp trough structure suitable to recovery of fine minerals and proper pulp flowing direction in separating device.The commercial applications show that the recovery of magnetic substances is up to 99.5%~99.8%.The XCTN and 2XCTN series of magnetic separator has a good applicable future along with the extension of dense medium coal processing technology.
