摘 要:以一个关于振动磨机磨矿过程的数学模型和一个关于强磁选机湿式分选的数学模型里存在的问题为实例 ,指出为得到可靠的数学模型 ,做假设时需注意不要丢掉主要因素 ,建立模型时物理概念要清楚 ,否则有可能导致全局皆错。还指出 ,所建立的模型内容要完整 ,用它去分析实际情况并用实际情况对数学模型进行检验的步骤不可缺少。文章还提到磁选研究里常遇到的描述磁场吸力特性的量Hgrad (H)的量纲不是力的量纲 ,称之为磁力不妥。Taking the problems existed in the mathematical models about the grinding technology of vibration mill and about the wet high-intensity magnetic separation in magnetic separator as example,it is pointed out that,for obtaining a reliable mathematical model,the main factors should not be neglected and the physical conception should be strictly distinguished while making a hypothesis,or resulting in a wrong model.It is also pointed out that the content of mathematical model should be complete and the steps to analyze real situation and to verify the model in practice are indispensable.In addition,it is mentioned that the dimension of Hgrad(H),which is encountered frequently in magnetic separation research and reflects the attractiveness of magnetic field,is unlike the dimension of force and calling it as a magnetic force is improper.
