摘 要:我国煤系硬质高岭岩资源丰富。出于开发高档完全煅烧土产品技术市场的急需 ,在工艺矿物学研究基础上进行了朔州煤系硬质高岭岩煅烧实验室试验研究。考察了煅烧温度、磨矿细度、矿石质量以及煅烧方法等因素对产品白度的影响 ;研制了可有效提高产品白度的添加剂 ;通过对比试验 ,选择了制取完全煅烧土的“先磨后烧”流程 ;证实了回转窑半固定床动态煅烧明显优于静态煅烧 ,推荐了回转窑煅烧方案。最终制定了开发利用朔州高岭岩制取完全煅烧土的原则工艺流程 ,并指出了重视原料精选作业的必要性。China has rich resources of hard coal-series kaolinite rock.Out of urgent demand on developing technical market for high-quality calcined kaolin products,the lab tests on calcination of Shuozhou coal-series hard kaolinite rock are done based on the process mineralogy study.The effect of calcination temperature,grinding fineness,ore quality and calcination method on the product whiteness is investigated.An additive for effectively increasing the product whiteness has been developed.Based on comparison tests,the process flowsheet of grinding-calcination for producing the calcined kaolin products is selected.The test results have verified that rotary kiln semistationary bed dynamic calcination has the advantage over the static calcination.For this season,the rotary kiln calcination plan is proposed.Finally,the principle process flowsheet for developing and ultilizing Shuozhou kaolinite rock to produce completely-calcined kaolin was determined.Besides,it is pointed out that careful choice of raw material must be stressed.
