摘　　要：德国生态村的建设在20多年的实践探索中成为建筑新技术的展示地。在太阳能利用、节能、节水、绿化以及材料绿色化、技术集成化等方面都达到了很高水平。很多经验值得我国在生态住宅区的建设中学习、借鉴。Through practising on ecosystem ofresidential area , Germany becomes thearchitecture saloon of new technology. Itobtains the high level in the aspects of theusing of solar energy, the saving of energy andwater,. Planting and so on. We should gainexperiences from its housing and use as arefenrence in our building of residential area.
