摘  要:研究了不同pH介质中司帕沙星的紫外光谱性质 ,发现pH3.0的BTR缓冲液为紫外分光光度法测定司帕沙星的最佳条件 .在吸收波长 2 98nm处 ,其表观摩尔吸光系数为 2 .62×1 0 4 Lmol- 1 cm- 1 ,司帕沙星在 1 .8mg/L3.0mg/L浓度范围内符合比尔定律 ,其回收率为 1 0 0 .7% ,相对标准偏差为 0 .2 3% .A new ultraviolet spectrophotometry method for the determination of sparfloxacin (SPFX) has been developed based on 0.04mol/L boric acid phosphoric acid acetic acid buffer solution, the best condition in detecting sparfloxacin is proposed. The sparfloxacin ultraviolet spectrum property has been studied in different pH media. In Britton Robinson buffer solution, the ultraviolet intensity reached its maximum at pH value of 3.0. The solutions obeyed Beer′s law in the concentration range of 1.8mg/L^30mg/L at 298.3nm, ε =2.62×10 4L/mol cm. The results obtained by the proposed methods are in good agreement with the determination of sparfloxacin in tablets, the average recovery and RSD were 100.7% and 0.23% respectively.
