摘　　要：提出了如何创建规范、标准的高质量中文期刊书目数据库的三个标准 :即期刊原始数据真实、准确 ;机读目录格式选择、使用标准、规范 ;录入数据准确无误。并围绕文章提出的这三个标准进行了论述 ,其中对河北理工学院图书馆如何创建规范、标准的中文期刊书目数据库进行了详细。In this article,the anthor submits three standards with establishing high quality and normative Chinese periodical database.The three standards includes: the primitive datas of periodical must be actual and exact; the MARC format must be followed exactly; and the description of database must be accurate.At the same time, the author discusses in detail around the three standards.
