摘　　要：研究了四川 (含重庆 )蚂蚁的种类和分布 ,得知目前分布于四川的蚂蚁共有 78种 ,分别隶属于 5亚科 2 7属 ,并发现 1新种 :古蔺立毛蚁 Paratrechina gulinensis,sp.n.。提供了新种的特征描述。根据地貌环境和气候的差异 ,将四川蚂蚁分为 4个动物地理域。并讨论了四川蚂蚁区系的特点。In this paper, the fauna of Sichuan ants are studied. There are 78 ant species belonging to 5 sub families, 27 genera respectively in Sichuan, including a new species: Paratrechina gulinensis , sp. n. Oriental and widely distributed species take most great part in the ant fauna of Sichuan. Ant fauna in Sichuan can be divided into 4 area based on the geographical and the climatic data. Paratrechina gulinensis , sp. n. (Fig.2) Holotype: Worker,TL 3.4, HL 0.84,HW 0.75, CI 89,SL 1.15, SI 153, ED 0.21, PW 0.52, AL 1.25. This new species resembles P. longicornis (Latreille), but differs from the latter in 1) more than 1/2 length of antennal scapes extend over the occipital border, but not up to 2/3; 2) covered with erect hairs brownish black, (the latter yellowish brown); 3) the basal portion of epinotum distinctly higher than mesonotum. This new species also resembles species of genus Euprenolepis Emery, but differs from the latter in have three ocelli. Holotype: worker, Gulin County, Sichuan Province, 21 Ⅶ 1993, Zhang Wei; paratypes: 3 workers, same data as holotype.
