摘  要:以均匀沉淀法在颗粒状素瓷表面制备铝胶膜 ,经灼烧获得可能有共价结合的铝胶薄膜 ;另一方面 ,Al2 (SO4) 3溶液经CaCl2 -CaO脱SO42 -、赋Cl-、水解 ,再以BaCl2 、(NH4) 2 C2 O4进一步除SO42 -和脱Ca2 + ,制得氯化铝悬浊液 ;铝胶薄膜载体与氯化铝悬浊液共熟化 ,在铝胶薄膜表面生成聚合氯化铝 ,经烧结进一步固化而制得固定化聚合氯化铝絮凝剂。经三级固定化絮凝剂床处理 ,鞋料加工污水的COD、BOD、悬浮物、硫化物、色度等指标可分别降低约 93%、80 %、97%、92 %、80 %。Gel-aluminum film was prepared by precipitating aluminum hydroxide uniformly from aluminum chloride solution and fixing the compound on the surface of the ceramic grain at temperature of 650 ℃ for 1.5h. Meantime, gel-aluminum chloride solution was obtained from aluminum sulfate solution by exchange decomposition reaction with CaCl 2-CaO, separating SO 4 2- and Ca 2+ from gel-aluminum chloride solution in sequence. Poly-aluminum chloride was formed during polyreaction in aluminum chloride solution on the surface of the ceramic grain covered with gel-aluminum film and thermosetted at 400 ℃ and 300 ℃ by two steps for 1h or 1.5h a once, respectively. The immobilized poly-aluminum chloride showed good reusability and wonderful adsorb-agglomerating behavior. After treatment for 6 h in the precipitate-agglomerating bed, values of the chemical oxygen demand(COD), the biological oxygen demand(BOD), suspended substances, sulfide, and color density in shoes-material processing wastewater were cut down by 93 %, 80 %, 97 %, 92 % and 80 % , respectively.
