摘 要:通过乳液共聚得到N-对甲苯基马来酰亚胺(NPTMI)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)的二元共聚物。用扭辫分析、热重分析和维卡软化点测定仪研究了不同NPTMI含量对共聚物热性能的影响,以及共聚物的力学性能、流变性能。研究结果表明,共聚物初始分解温度(T_(i(?)))、失重50%时的温度、玻璃化转变温度(T_g)及维卡软化点(T_(Vicat))都随NPTMI的含量增加而提高。当NPTMI含量为15%时,T_g提高14.1℃,T_(i(?))提高23.2℃,T_(Vic(?)t)提高8.9℃。共聚物熔体呈假塑性流体,同时共聚物熔体非牛顿指数随NPTMI含量的增加而增大。Binary copolymer of N -p -tolylrnaleimide (NPTMI) and methyl methacrylate were synthesized by semi-batch emulsion copolymerization. The mechanical properties and rheological behavior of the copolymer as well as the dependence of the thennal property of the copolymer on NPTMI content was studied by means of torsion braid analysis, thermogravimetry and Vicat softening point tester. The results show that as the NPTMI content goes up the initial decomposition temperature (Tini), the temperature at 50% weight loss, glass transition temperature (Tg) and Vicat softening point (TVicat) of the copolymer are raised. When the NPTMI content attains 15%, the Tg , Tini and TVicat is increased by 14.1 ℃, 23.2 ℃ and 8.9 ℃, respectively. All the copolymer melts exhibit a kind of pseudoplastic phenomenon. The non-Newton flow index of the copolymer rises with the NPTMI content.
