摘 要:由于孔隙的存在,铁基粉末冶金零件的电镀效果均不理想。人们采用了许多封闭孔隙的方法,但都存在不足。介绍了一种新的封闭孔隙方法,它既有铁和部分液体反应生成的固体沉积物又有剩余液体凝固沉积物这种双重封孔效应。实践证明,这种方法效果好,易操作,可推广应用。The result of electroplating on iron base powder metallurgical articles was unsatisfactory due to the existence of pores in the articles. Many pore sealing methods have been developed but they are all have shortcomings. A new pore sealing method is introduced here. The method has double pore sealing effects. The pores are sealed by the solid deposits forming from the reaction of iron with the pore sealing liquid and by the coagulate deposits forming from the remains of the pore sealing liquid. It is proved in practice that the new method is good in effects and easy in operation, and is worth to spread for application.
