摘　　要：It is a good choice to see original films when practising oral English. There are also original film course in some of the colleges and universities. We try to have an emprical study in the corpus of English films screenplays about vocabulary. ① Get the table of lemmatization by using antconc3.2.2w; ② Calculate the film-watching numbers with the golden section method. A conclusion has been drawn that if you want to reach the professional level of oral English, 88 to 98 films are demanded.It is a good choice to see original films when practising oral English.
