摘 要:以浙春3号大豆为研究材料,设置了不同的钼、硼水平,研究了钼、硼浸种对大豆种子的萌发和幼苗生理特性的影响.结果表明:低浓度钼或硼有利于大豆种子的萌发.钼、硼浸种时间以12h最佳,钼浸种或不过量硼浸种将增加大豆幼苗的呼吸速率,提高过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)等抗逆性酶的活性,降低质膜透性(MP)及丙二醛(MDA)和脯氨酸(Pro)的含量.中等浓度的钼、硼浸种效果最显著,而高浓度硼浸种将产生相反的效果.The study deals with the germination of soybean seed and physiological characteristics of soybean seedling with different supplementation of soaking concentration of molybdenum (Mo) and/or boron (B) during soybean seed germination in one pot-grown soybean variety (Zhechun No. 3). The soaking of low concentration of Mo and/or B is very beneficial to germination of soybean seed and the most advantageous time of soaking of Mo and/or B to germination of soybean seed is 12 hours. The control plant under soaking of Mo or at appropriate level soaking of B exhibits an increase of respiration rate of soybean seedling, an enhancement of peroxydase (POD). catalase (CAT), and superoxide dismutase (SOD) activities and a decrease of membrane permeability (MP). mal-ondialdehyde (MDA) and proline (Pro) contents. The effect of soaking by medium concentration (Img/L) of Mo and B on physiological characteristics of soybean seedling is the best among various concentrations (0. 1,1. 10mg/ mol) of Mo and/or B, whereas soaking of high concentration of B. e.g. 10mg/L, would lead to an adverse effect.
