摘 要:在同时考虑磁芯与绕组间绝缘距离和磁芯横截面磁场非均匀的条件下,推导出了环形磁开关磁芯体积计算公式,并以此为基础,提出了获得最小磁芯体积的优化设计方法.利用所提出的最小磁芯体积设计方法,对一个具体的环形磁开关实例进行了计算和设计,当绝缘距离由15mm(径向和轴向绝缘距离相等)增加到45mm时,磁芯体积增长了1 2倍;径向绝缘保持15mm不变,轴向绝缘距离由15mm增加到45mm时,磁芯体积增加了20%.计算结果表明:绝缘距离是影响磁芯大小的重要因素,采取良好的绝缘方法,减小绝缘距离是降低磁开关磁芯体积的一条重要途径.As a magnetic switch is employed in high voltage device, the insulation spacing between the core and the winding is determined by the amplitude of the voltage. With both the spacing between the winding and the core and the nonuniform distribution of magnetic field in the crosssection of the core being taken into account, a formula for the core volume of a toroid magnetic switch is deduced. According to the formula, an optimization method to obtain the minimum core volume is developed. A design procedure for a practical magnetic switch is carried out and the numerical results show that as the spacing increasing from 15 mm to 45 mm, the volume of the core increases by 12 times. Fixing the radial spacing in 15 mm, the coaxial spacing increases from 15 mm to 45 mm, and the volume of the core increases by a factor of 1/5. It can be found that the insulation spacing is of important influence on the volume of magnetic switch core and decreasing the spacing is an efficient way to obtain less magnetic switch core volume.
