摘 要:目的 研究中药与一氧化氮(NO)的腹膜淋巴孔调控,探讨中药复方的消腹水机理.方法 通过扫描电镜观察和计算机图像处理定量分析,测定腹膜淋巴孔孔径、面积和开放密度,同时测定尿钠浓度.结果 (1)中药组腹膜淋巴孔孔径、面积和开放密度均增大,尿钠排出量显著增多(P<0.01);(2)NO供体硝普钠组腹膜淋巴孔孔径,面积和开放密度均增加(P<0.01或P<0.05);(3)在给中药时,又给NO合酶抑制剂L-硝基精氨酸,腹膜淋巴孔孔径、面积及开放密度均减小(P<0.01).结论 本中药复方有较好的调控淋巴孔促尿钠离子排出的作用.结果提示,中药可能是通过升高内源性NO浓度,舒张腹膜淋巴孔达到消腹水作用.ObjectiveTo investigate the regulation of Chinese herbs and nitric oxide (NO) on the peritoneal lymphatic stomata and elucidate the mechanism of Chinese herbs on the treatment of ascites.Methods Scanning electron microscope and computer image processing were used to detect the diameter, area and open density of the stomata, and sodium ion concentration in urine was measured. Results (1) The diameter, area and open density of the stomata was increased, and the output of sodium ion from urine were obviously enhanced in Chinese herbs group (P<0.01); (2) In NO donor (sodium nitropusside) group, the diameter, area and open density of the stomata were markedly increased (P<0.01or P<0.05); (3) Based on the effects of Chinese medicinal herb, NO inhibitor (L-nitroarginnine) was given to mice. The diameter, area and open density of the stomata were obviously decreased (P<0.01).Conclusion This Chinese medical herb can regulate the stomata and enhance the output of ascites, and the results showed that Chinese herbs can probably rise the concentration of internal-derived NO and make the stomata open so as to make the drainage of ascites from the peritoneal cavity.
