化学假体治疗阳萎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 :探讨化学假体治疗阳萎的机理及疗效。方法 :79例阳萎病人接受化学假体治疗。结果 :15～ 2 0min有 6 1例勃起坚硬 ,注射药物前、后阴茎长度、周径分别平均增加 4 .99cm和 2 .4 5cm。随访 5 0例病人有满意的性生活。有 9例出现阴茎持续性勃起。结论 :化学假体治疗阳萎是安全和有效的。Objective: To inverstigate mechanism and effects curing impotence with chemical prothesis.Methods:All of 79 cases of erectile dysfunction were treated with intracavemous injection. Results:61 patients of penfie erectile were injected in 15～20min.The length and perimeter of penis are respctively increased 4.99cm and 2.45cm in pre-postoperation. Sexual intercourse of 50 cases have been with pleased followed up 3～6 months. 9 cases was suffering from priapism with complication. Conclusions: It is an effective and safe method for treatment of erectile dysfunction with chemical prothesis.
