摘 要:苏北海域地形特殊,潮汐特征复杂,极易产生局部"怪潮"灾害,引发重大海难事故。怪潮监测及预报愈显重要。本文基于"怪潮"机理,完成苏北浅滩"怪潮"灾害监测预警综合服务关键技术研究,包括"怪潮"数值模式结果可视化技术、"怪潮"预警报信息提取算法及"怪潮"辅助决策支撑等。苏北浅滩"怪潮"灾害监测预警综合服务平台于2012年5月上线运行,实时、动态发布苏北浅滩"怪潮"监测及预警报等信息,有力保障了苏北沿海海洋生产安全。The special landform and complex tidal characteristics are easy to induce partially odd tide disasters and serious marine accidents. It's impressively important to monitor and forecast odd tide. Based on the research results of the mechanism and forecasting technologies of odd tide, this paper mainly studied key technologies of integrated service on odd-tide, such as the odd tide numerical model visualization, the algorithm of odd tide warning information, decision supporting, and so on. The comprehensive service platform for odd tide disaster monitoring and warning was operated in May, 2012. Odd tide monitoring and warning information was published truly and dynamically, to guaranty the safety of Northern Jiangsu coastal marine production.
