摘　　要：入世后,我国金融业必将面临着外资金融机构的强大竞争冲击,金融业的变革在所难免。面对外资金融机构的竞争压力,我国金融机构应如何应对就成为一个非常现实的问题。本文首先分行业考察了我国金融机构所面临的具体竞争压力,在此基础上,分别对货币市场、金融创新下的衍生品市场、银行业、保险市场、资本市场等五个金融领域的发展做出了展望。After China's entry into the WTO,the financial industry of our country will surely be confronted with strong competition impact from foreign financial institutions and the reform in the financial industry is inevitableIt is s rather realistic problem for Chinese financial institutions to solve under the competition stress from foreign institutionsThe paper first reviews the actual competition stress comfronted by the Chinese financial institutions from several financial domains,and on which basis,the paper goes on to prospect the development of the five financial domains such as the money market,financial derivate market under the financial innovation,banking,insurance marnket and capital market
