摘  要:针对缠绕加工的实际状况,在分析系统需求的基础上,设计了数控缠绕机张力的在线检测系统。系统采用曲线拟合的数学描述方法实现对张力传感器的标定,通过复合滤波消除干扰,并运用数据库技术管理组织数据。系统采用多个传感器对每束纱线的张力进行检测。系统已在相关航天部门使用,实际应用证明,系统运行稳定,测量数据准确、可靠。The tension detecting system of a numeral controlled winding machine is designed according to winding process, based on analysis on;system requirements. Curve fitting method is adopted to .calibrate tension sensor, composite digital filtering is used to suppress interferences and database technique is applied to manage measured tension data, and several sensors are used to measure the tension of yarns in the detecting system. Currently, the tension detecting system of numerical controlled winding machine has been applied in the field of aerospace. Practical operations prove that the system is reliable, precise and feasible.
