摘　　要：分析了汽车保险杠支架的成形工艺 ,制定了合理的工艺方案 。The technological process for forming the auto bumper bracket was analyzed and a reasonable process was determined. The twisting and deviation problems of the part occurring in the forming process and the problem for processing the die were solved.
