摘 要:基于统一强度理论,融合结构设计与分析时具有客观性的综合力流方法,提出一种新的结构优化方法,将数学模型与定性力流图形相结合进行优化分析,目标明确,分析过程符合结构本质,结果具有力学合理性.采用改进遗传算法(ANGA)对一球壳模型进行基于统一强度理论的结构力流优化分析,结果表明:所提方法可以在满足结构强度需求的条件下,使结构的质量减少10%,有利于发挥材料的潜能;将定性的结构主应力迹线力流分析与传统拓扑优化理论相结合的分析方法,能使结构优化研究更适应工程实际应用的需求,对创新性结构设计和优化有一定的参考价值.In order to define the optimization goal ,combined with the structural design and analysis of mechanics‐flow method with objectivity ,a new method of optimization based on unified strength theo‐ry was provided .Rational mathematical model was combined with qualitative mechanics‐flow gragh for optimzation analysis ,which with clear target .The analysis process conformed to nature ,and the optimization results had the advantage of the mechanics reasonability .A model of spherical shell of the mechanics‐flow optimization analysis was carried out .And the results show that with the adaptive niche genetic algorithms (ANGA ) ,the proposed method can meet the demand of structural strength conditions ,w hich makes 10% reduction in the quality and embraces the potential of materials .Combi‐ning the qualitative analysis of the principal stress trace of the mechanics‐flow method and the topolo‐gy optimization theory can make the optimization meet the demand of practical engineering applica‐tion ,and the innovative structural design and optimization are of certain reference value .
