术中实时超声在颅内肿瘤手术中的应用研究

摘  要:目的探讨术中实时超声在颅内肿瘤手术中的临床价值。方法将该院2013年1月—2015年1月收治的64例颅内肿瘤患者随机均分为观察组和对照组,观察组术中采用实时超声对肿瘤位置进行探测,对照组术中不采用实时超声,比较两组肿瘤切除率及术后KPS评分。结果观察组肿瘤切除率为93.7%,明显高于对照组的75%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后3个月KPS评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论颅内肿瘤手术中行实时超声不仅能够提高肿瘤的切除率,而且还能明显提高患者术后的功能状态,降低复发率,可在临床上推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical value of intraoperative real-time ultrasound in intracranial tumor surgery. Methods The 64 patients with intracranial tumor in our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, the tumor location of observation group was received the detection of real-time ultrasound, the control group was not accepted the detection of real-time ultrasound, the tumor removal rate and KPS score after operation of two groups were compared. Results The tumor removal rate of the observation group was 93.7%,significantly higher than the control group(75%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The KPS score of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group at 3 months after operation, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The real-time ultrasound can not only improve the tumor removal rate, but also improve the functional status of the patients and reduce the recurrence rate. It can be applied in clinical practice.
