整体护理干预对艾滋病患者抗病毒治疗依从性的影响研究

摘　　要：目的探讨整体护理干预在提高艾滋病患者抗病毒治疗依从性的作用。方法整群选取2014年5—9月42例艾滋病患者运用整体护理程序进行护理干预(实验组),另取2014年1—4月以常规护理的40例艾滋病患者作为对照(对照组),比较两组患者抗病毒治疗依从性。结果实验组经整体护理干预后患者抗病毒治疗依从程度>90%的达40例,占95.2%,明显高于对照组的72.5%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.940,P=0.05)。结论运用整体护理程序全面实施健康教育进行护理干预,建立良好的护患关系,充分发挥社会支持系统的作用,能明显提高艾滋病患者的抗病毒治疗依从性。Objective To study the effect of holistic nursing intervention on the antiviral treatment compliance in patients with AIDS. Methods Forty-two patients with AIDS treated by holistic nursing intervention from May 2014 to September 2014 were selected as the experimental group, and other 40 patients with AIDS treated by conventional nursing were selected as the control group. And the antiviral treatment compliance of the two groups was compared. Results After holistic nursing intervention, the antiviral treatment compliance of 40 patients in the experimental group was greater than 90%, accounting for 95.2%, which was much higher than 72.5% in the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(χ2=7.940, P=0.05).Conclusion Holistic nursing intervention including health education implemented comprehensively can build good nurse-patient relationship, fully develop the effect of social support system and significantly improve the antiviral treatment compliance in AIDS patients.
